Large windows direct sunlight onto the main dining area where seating follows the original footprint. Tableware stays minimal so the regional cuisine remains the focal point. The building ensemble integrates seamlessly into the landscape rather than dominating it.
The Schlemmer Atlas awarded two spoons to acknowledge the steady execution and the way the historic mill fits perfectly into the surrounding woodland.
